The Mushling Meadows thrives because every Mushling chooses kindness. These guidelines aren't rules written in stone — they're the shared values that keep our sanctuary warm and welcoming for everyone.— The Meadow Keepers
The heart of how we treat each other
Every Mushling deserves warmth. Speak with kindness, listen with empathy, and remember that behind every username is a real person with real feelings. A gentle word can light up someone's entire day.
Everyone has different comfort levels. If someone says "not now" or steps away, respect that without question. The Meadows are a safe space — let's keep them that way.
Discrimination, harassment, bullying, slurs, and hate speech have no place in the Meadows. This applies to all identities — race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or anything else that makes you you.
Heated debates, drama, gossip, and passive-aggressive behavior poison the meadow. If tensions rise, take a breath, step back, and remember — we're here to grow together, not tear each other down.
What's shared in the Meadows stays in the Meadows. Don't share personal information about others without their consent. Doxxing, screenshots of private conversations, and sharing personal details are strictly prohibited.
Keep the channels clean. Unsolicited links, excessive self-promotion, and spam clutter the space for everyone. Share your work in the appropriate channels and always ask before promoting.
Some topics can be triggering. When discussing potentially sensitive subjects, use content warnings (CW/TW) so others can make informed choices about their wellbeing. This includes mental health topics, violence, and spoilers.
Our Meadow Guardians are here to protect the community. If a Guardian asks you to stop, redirect, or change behavior, please cooperate. They're Mushlings too — volunteers doing their best to keep the meadow safe.
These behaviors will result in immediate action from our Meadow Guardians
Targeting, threatening, or repeatedly upsetting someone.
Any form of discrimination or bigoted language.
Sexually explicit material of any kind is not permitted.
Sharing personal info without consent.
Flooding channels or disrupting conversations.
Pretending to be someone you're not.
Fair, compassionate, and restorative
Most issues start with a misunderstanding. A Guardian will reach out privately to chat.
Repeated issues result in a formal warning with clear expectations going forward.
Continued violations lead to a temporary removal. We hope you'll come back changed.
We believe in second chances and growth. Our goal isn't punishment — it's helping every Mushling find their way back to the light. If you've been removed, you're welcome to reach out to the Meadow Keepers to discuss a return.— The Meadow Guardians
